Objective To explore the effect of health education of WeChat platform on postoperative quality of life and activities of daily living(ADL)in patients with bladder cancer(BC).Methods A total of 68 patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumors(TRBC)in the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2021 to October 2022 were included,and the patients were divided into experimental group(n=34)and control group(n=34)according to the order of discharge.All patients received routine continuous nursing,while patients in the experimental group additionally received health education of WeChat platform.The scores of health cognition questionnaire,ADL,self-care ability Scale,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and SF-36 were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the health cognition score including drug cognition score,disease cognition score,healthy lifestyle score and life ability score in the experimental group were significantly higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 1-day scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before intervention,which were more pronounced in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life including physical function score,psychological function score,social function score in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of WeChat platform can improve postoperative health cognition in BC patients,improve their self-care level and life ability,improve the psychological state and quality.The intervention effect is good and worthy of recommendation.
