量表指导下调整护理策略对PCI患者的影响
Influences of adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales on patients managed by percutaneous coronary intervention

摘要
目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者采用量表指导下调整护理策略的影响.方法 选取2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 11 月接收的PCI患者 102 例,以随机数字表法分成干预组和对照组,每组 51 例.对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予量表指导下调整护理策略,比较 2 组生活质量、舒适度、并发症.结果 干预后 2 组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表评分升高(P＜0.05),干预组较对照组升高(P＜0.05);2 组干预后舒适状况量表评分升高(P＜0.05),干预组较对照组升高(P＜0.05);干预组并发症发生率较对照组降低(P＜0.05).结论 PCI患者给予量表指导下调整护理策略能够提高生活质量、舒适度,减少并发症发生.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influences of adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales on patients managed by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From January 2020 to November 2022,a total of 102 patients managed by PCI admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=51)and the control group(n=51).Routine nursing,and adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales were given to patients of the control group and the intervention group,respectively.The quality of life,comfort and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief version(WHOQOL-BREF)and the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the both groups were significantly increased(both P＜0.05),which were significantly higher in the intervention group than those of the control group(both P＜0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower in the intervention group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients managed by PCI,adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales can improve the quality of life,comfort and reduce complications.
