Objective To investigate the influences of adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales on patients managed by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From January 2020 to November 2022,a total of 102 patients managed by PCI admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=51)and the control group(n=51).Routine nursing, and adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales were given to patients of the control group and the intervention group, respectively. The quality of life, comfort and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief version(WHOQOL-BREF)and the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the both groups were significantly increased(both P<0.05),which were significantly higher in the intervention group than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower in the intervention group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients managed by PCI,adjusted nursing strategies under the guidance of scales can improve the quality of life, comfort and reduce complications.
