Objective To investigate the impact of mind mapping-guided rehabilitation care on compliance of hormonal therapy and psychological resilience in patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods A total of 70 NS patients admitted between January 2021 and January 2023 were randomly assigned to the control group(n=35,routine care)or the observation group(n=35,mind mapping-guided rehabilitation care+routine care). The scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),self rating depression scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)and Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)Scale,as well as the compliance of hormone therapy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention. Results After intervention, the compliance of hormone therapy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.14%vs 77.14%,P<0.05).There was a significant improvement in the dimension and total scores of CD-RISC ESCA in both groups, while the dimension scores of SAS,SDS,and SPBS decreased significantly. There was statistical significance in both intra-group and inter-group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(97.14%vs 82.86%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of mind mapping-guided rehabilitation care in NS patients can help alleviate negative emotions and psychological burden, enhance patients'psychological resilience,self-care ability, and compliance of hormone therapy, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting reasonably.
