Clinical study of"Internet+"model in discharge transition period of cerebral small vessel disease patients combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and cognitive impairment
Objective To explore the application effect of the"Internet+"model in the discharge transition period of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)patients combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 90 CSVD patients with OSAHS and cognitive impairment admitted from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 45 patients in each group.During the discharge transition period, patients in the control group were managed by a routine nursing mode, and those in the observation group were managed by the"Internet+"model. The cognitive function, governance status,self-care ability, serum indicators and sleep quality were compared between groups. Results The scores of each dimension in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)after nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy)and advanced oxidation protein product(AOPP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)during follow-up visits in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of the"Internet+"model in the discharge transition period to CSVD patients with OSAHS and cognitive impairment can improve the cognitive function, intellectual status,self-care ability, serum state and sleep quality of the body, which is conducive to physical recovery.
