Effect of quantified physical exercise on psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis
Objective To investigate the effect of quantified physical exercise on psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 120 patients with MHD in our dialysis center from April 2021 to June 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group(n=60,routine physical exercise)and the observation group(n=60,quantitative physical exercise),the intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The serum creatinine(Scr)([234.78±23.77]mmol/L)and blood urea ammonia(BUN)([8.34±1.16]µmol/L)in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the serum potassium, calcium, phosphorus, intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The carbon dioxide combining power(CO2CP)in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(t=5.954,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the SAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the amount of walking exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale score was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative physical exercise can effectively relieve anxiety, increase the amount of walking exercise, improve the level of renal function, regulate the index of bone mineral, and promote the improvement of life quality in MHD patients.
