目的 通过文献计量学方法对2018至2022年脑卒中后认知障碍领域的相关文献进行整理归类,完成该领域研究现状、研究热点和研究趋势的现状分析及可视化比较.方法 以Web of Science数据库为数据库来源,检索2018至2022年与脑卒中后认知障碍相关文献,使用CiteSpace的合作与共现网络分析对脑卒中后认知障碍研究的国家/地区、机构、作者、突现关键词、共被引文献进行可视化分析.结果 2018至2022年脑卒中后认知障碍相关研究共4 350篇,发文量呈逐年增长.美国、中国、英格兰、加拿大、澳大利亚位居发文量前五,占总发文量的75.9%.加利福尼亚大学和人口健康研究所分别具有最高发文量(163篇)和最高中心性的机构(中心性=0.17).发文量前三的作者为Gottesman R F(30篇)、Wang Y J(24篇)、Biessels G J(22篇).高频关键词为脑卒中、认知障碍、痴呆和风险因素等,关键词突现分析提示近年来研究聚焦诊断指南、认知训练、跌倒和脑电图监测等主题.结论 脑卒中后认知障碍与痴呆症及阿尔茨海默病的关系、危险因素、机制研究是该领域的研究热点;脑卒中后认知障碍的诊断指南、认知训练、跌倒、脑电图是热点研究方向.
Visual analysis of research hotspots and trends in post-stroke cognitive dysfunction based on Citespace
Objective To sort out and classify the relevant literatures in the field of post-stroke cognitive impairment in 2018-2022 by bibliometrics,and to perform the present situation analysis and visual comparison of the research status,research hotspots and research trends in this field.Methods Using the Web of Science database as the database source,literatures related to post-stroke cognitive impairment from 2018-2022 were searched,and the cooperation and co-occurrence network analysis using the CiteSpace was performed to visualize the countries/regions,institutions,authors,emerging keywords,and co-cited literatures of post-stroke cognitive impairment research.Results A total of 4,350 literatures reporting post-stroke cognitive impairment from 2018-2022 were searched,showing the annual increase in the number of publications.The United States,China,England,Canada and Australia ranked among the top five countries of publications,accounting for 75.9%of the total publications.The University of California and the Institute for Population Health had the highest number of publications(163)and the highest centrality(centrality=0.17),respectively.The top three authors were Gottesman,R F(30 articles),Wang,Y J(24 articles),and Biessels,G J(22 articles).High-frequency keywords were stroke,cognitive impairment,dementia,and risk factors.The keyword emergence analysis showed that recent research focused on topics of diagnostic guidelines,cognitive training,falls,and electroencephalogram(EEG)monitoring.Conclusion Correlation of post-stroke cognitive impairment with dementia and Alzheimer's disease,risk factors and underlying mechanisms are the research hotspots in this field.Diagnostic guidelines,cognitive training,falls,and EEG for post-stroke cognitive impairment are hot research directions.
