Evaluation of the rationality of ketorolac tromethamine injections based on the AHP-TOPSIS method
Objective To propose review points of the rationality of ketorolac tromethamine injections, thus providing references for the rationality evaluation and clinical application. Methods Using the Prescription Automatic Screening System(PASS,Medicom,Sichuan,China),totally 300 discharge records of patients using ketorolac tromethamine injections from January 2023 to June 2023 were extracted using an equal interval method.Based on the instructions for ketorolac tromethamine injections and the Expert Consensus on Adult Postoperative Pain Management,a review system for ketorolac tromethamine injections was developed, and its rationality was evaluated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process-Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution(AHP-TOPSIS)method.Results The review points established in the study were composed of 9 indicators, including indications, administration speed, dosage,et al.Out of 300 discharge records,75(25%)were completely reasonable(Ci=1.0),70(23.3%)were basically reasonable(0.6 ≤ Ci<1.0),and 155(51.7%)were unreasonable(Ci<0.6).The main problems included unsuitable indications, long medication courses, and inappropriate combination medication. Conclusion Using the review points to evaluate ketorolac tromethamine injections can improve the homogeneity level of the evaluation, and the use of AHP-TOPSIS method can provide a more comprehensive and objective evaluation of drugs.
