Study on the Effect of extended care assisted by multidisciplinary team under the guidance of network on the compliance of cancer pain patients
Objective To analyze the effect of extended care assisted by multidisciplinary team under the guidance of network on the compliance of cancer pain patients. Methods A total of 214 cases of patients with cancer pain admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled using convenience sampling method. They were divided into the control group(n=107)and the observation group(n=107)according to a random number table. All patients received routine standardized care, and those in the observations group additionally received extended care assisted by multidisciplinary team under the guidance of network. The medication compliance, analgesic effect,self-management ability and quality of life between groups were compared. Results After nursing, the compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.26%VS 87.85%,P<0.05).The evaluation results of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Adult Health Self-Management Skills Assessment Scale(AHSMSRS)score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Chinese version of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)scale score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended care assisted by multidisciplinary team under the guidance of network in cancer pain patients can achieve remarkable results, which not only can improve their compliance and analgesic effect, but also can enhance patients'self-management ability,as well as promote the effective improvement of their quality of life.
