The oral sublingual adencyst is the least common type of sublingual adencyst and is often confused with other cystic lesions in the head and neck.Whether the head and neck cyst lesions have hypoglossal gland cyst determines the clinical surgical treatment plan,so this paper through two cases formed by different path of hypoglossal gland cyst computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images,from the anatomical composition,image features,surgical treatment,summarizes the characteristics of oral sublingual adencyst and distinguishes them from other cystic lesions in the head and neck.
