Effect and prognosis of the intervention of new bobath technology based on central conduction pathway for patients with hemiplegia
Objective To study the effect and prognosis of the intervention of new bobath technology based on central conduction pathway for patients with hemiplegia.Methods Forty patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023.According to the visiting sequence,they were divided into experimental group(the intervention of new bobath technology based on central conduction pathway,n=20)and control group(rehabilitation intervention,n=20).The aim was to compare motor function,activities of daily living(ADL),hemodynamics,quality of life,intervention satisfaction.Results After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment-upper extremity(FMA-UE)and modified Barthel index(MBI)in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),end diastolic velocity(Vd),and mean velocity(Vm)in experimental groups were significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological,psychological,environmental and social relations in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(100%vs 70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of new bobath technology based on central conduction pathway in hemiplegia patients has significant effects,which is beneficial to improve their prognosis,and it is worthy of popularization.
