Objective To explore the application effect of personalized service-based health management model in physical examination center.Methods According to the time sequence,the physical examination population before the implementation of personalized services-based health management model(September 2020 to August 2021)were taken as the control group(n=60)and those after the implementation(September 2021 to August 2022)as the observation group(n=60),and the basic situation,the mastery of health knowledge,the satisfaction,and the compliance in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of disease cognition,social support and nutritional status in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the scores of physical disease and psychological status in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of health knowledge,satisfaction and compliance of physical examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the personalized service-based health management model in the physical examination center can provide high-quality nursing services,improve the awareness rate of health knowledge of physical examiners,physical examination satisfaction and compliance,and promote the maintenance of people's health,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
