Effects of continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality evaluation model on blood glucose control, treatment compliance and stigma of patients with diabetic foot
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality evaluation model on blood glucose control, treatment compliance and stigma of patients with diabetic foot. Methods A total of 107 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(54 cases).Routine nursing intervention was performed in the control group, and continuous nursing intervention based on three-dimensional quality evaluation model was adopted in the observation group. The general data of the two groups were collected, and the blood glucose control, treatment compliance, stigma and quality of life scores were observed and recorded before and after the intervention. Results There were no significant differences in fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour plasma glucose(2hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).FPG,2hPG and HbA1c at 3 months of interventions were significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment compliance between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the treatment compliance at 1 month and 3 months of interventions in both groups was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).The treatment compliance at 3 months of interventions in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stigma score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the stigma at 1 month and 3 months of interventions in both groups was significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).The stigma at 3 months of interventions was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life at 1 month and 3 months of interventions in both groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of quality of life at 3 months of interventions were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model can effectively improve the blood glucose control of patients with diabetic foot, improve their treatment compliance, reduce their sense of stigma, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
