标准糖尿病护理路径联合综合护理在妊娠合并糖尿病围产期中的应用

摘要
目的 研究标准糖尿病护理路径联合综合护理在妊娠合并糖尿病围产期中的应用效果.方法 选择2022至2022年就诊的妊娠合并糖尿病患者92例,随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组46例.对照组给予妊娠合并糖尿病常规模式,试验组接受标准糖尿病护理路径联合综合护理干预,比较2组干预后的各观察指标.结果 试验组疾病不确定感评分低于对照组,健康行为评分高于对照组,血糖控制测评指标优于对照组,母婴不良妊娠结局率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 将标准糖尿病护理路径联合综合护理应用于妊娠合并糖尿病围产期之中,利于该类患者疾病不确定感的减低、健康行为水平的提升、血糖控制成效的改善、母婴不良妊娠结局的优化.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of standard diabetes care pathway combined with integrated care in perinatal period of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 92 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus visited our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were enrolled,and they were divided into experimental group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table method,the control group was provided with routine care mode,and the experimental group received standard diabetes care pathway combined with integrated care.The observation indexes between groups after intervention were compared.Results The patients of experimental group had significantly lower disease uncertainty scores,higher health behaviour scores,better glycemic control measures,lower rates of adverse pregnancy outcomes for mothers and infants than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of standard diabetes care pathway combined with integrated care in perinatal period of gestational diabetes mellitus is beneficial to the reduction of uncertainty,improvement of health behaviour,improvement of glycemic control,and optimization of maternal and infant adverse pregnancy outcomes.
