摘要
目的 分析甲状腺癌(thyroid cancer,TC)患者术后开展渐进性肌肉放松训练(progressive muscle relaxation,PMR)结合肩颈部运动训练(shoulder and neck exercises,SNE)的效果.方法 随机抽取2022年1～11月在本院治疗的TC术后患者62例,随机数字表法分组,A组(n=31,常规训练)、B组(n=31,PMR+SNE),比较2组训练前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分、肩关节功能评分、甲状腺功能.结果 B组训练后PSQI评分、HAMD评分、QLQ-C30评分、肩关节功能评分、甲状腺功能指标优于A组(P＜0.05).结论 TC患者术后开展PMR+SNE,可改善睡眠质量、肩关节、甲状腺功能和不良心态,同时可提升生存质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of progressive muscle relaxation(PMR)combined with shoulder and neck exercises(SNE)on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with thyroid cancer(TC).Methods Totally 62 patients with TC in our hospital from January to November 2022 were enrolled and divided into group A(31 cases,routine training)and group B(31 cases,PMR+SNE)by random number table method.The aim was to compare pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)Quality of Life questionnaire C30(QLQ-C30),shoulder function score,thyroid function.Results After training,PSQI score,HAMD score,QLQ-C30 score,shoulder function score,thyroid function indexes in group B were significantly better than those of group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion After surgery,the application of PMR+SNE in TC patients has better effects on improving sleep quality,shoulder joint and thyroid function,poor mentality,and quality of life.
