Clinical practice of online to offline mode combined with problem oriented management mode to correct perioperative negative emotions in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery
Objective To explore the effect of online to offline(OTO)mode combined with problem-oriented management mode on correcting perioperative negative emotions in liver cancer patients undergoing intervention surgery. Methods A total of 200 liver cancer patients treated with interventional surgery at Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were included as the study subjects.they were randomly divided into the control group(n=100,routine intervention measures)and the observation group(n=100,OTO mode+problem-oriented management). The health beliefs, psychological status, mastery of disease knowledge, and self-care abilities of the two groups were compared. Results The health belief scale scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the increase in the observation group was more common relative to the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than before intervention, which in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than of the control group(97.00%vs 75.00%,P<0.05).The Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESC A)scores in the two groups after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the improvement in the observation group was more pronounced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of OTO mode and problem-oriented management in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery can effectively promote their disease knowledge mastery rate,self-care ability, and health beliefs, and improve their psychological state, with significant results.
