Effect of standardized comprehensive intervention strategy in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia
Objective To observe the application effect of standardized comprehensive intervention strategy in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).Methods A total of 100 patients received ventilator treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled as samples,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50),and patients in the control group received routine intervention,those in the experimental group received the standardized comprehensive intervention strategy,and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results The indexes of serum inflammatory factor in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the incidence of VAP was significantly lower than that of the control group,the hospitalization and mechanical ventilation time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the score of Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE)scale was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized comprehensive intervention strategy in the preventive of VAP is beneficial to the reduction of the degree of inflammatory reaction and the incidence of VAP,the acceleration of the rehabilitation progress,and the improvement of health status.
