Objective To study the effect of"Internet+"order type remote management schemes in improving the quality of family intervention for strabismus children.Methods A total of 80 strabismus children who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were included as the study objects,and they were randomly assigned into the control group(routine intervention,n=40)and the observation group("Internet+"order type remote management schemes,n=40).The differences in negative emotion score,coping style,medical compliance behavior,visual recovery quality and satisfaction of children's family members were compared.Results There was no significant difference in various index between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression and negative coping of the children in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores of medical compliance,positive coping,total effective rate and intervention satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The family members of the children in the observation group scored the service convenience at a high level,and the service cost was relatively low.Conclusion The"Internet+"order type remote management schemes can better improve the anxiety and depression of strabismus children,improve the treatment coping behavior of children,improve the treatment effectiveness and family satisfaction,but the service charge problem may have a negative impact on the service acceptance of family members.
