Objective To explore the effect of systematic intervention measures on maternal fatigue during pregnancy and its impact on natural delivery rate and breastfeeding. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who were transferred to our hospital and delivered between January 2022 and December 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly assigned into the control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group.Routine intervention measures and systematic intervention measures were adopted in the control group and observation group, respectively. The scores of Multidimensional Assessment of Fatigue Scale(MAF),psychological elasticity, delivery, breastfeeding, qualified self-care skills for mothers and infants and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the MAF scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of all dimensions of psychological elasticity in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.00%vs 68.00%,P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of breastfeeding skills and knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.00%vs 66.00%,P<0.05).The qualified rate of self-care skills of mothers and infants in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic intervention measures to maternal fatigue during pregnancy can effectively improve the natural delivery rate and breastfeeding, and the intervention effect is significant.
