心宝丸对慢性心力衰竭患者心室重构及血管内皮功能和氧化应激的影响

目的 分析了解心宝丸对慢性心力衰竭患者心室重构、血管内皮功能、氧化应激的影响,为该病患者的治疗提供相关参考.方法 分析石家庄市急救中心2020年1月至2021年12月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例.对照组采用常规治疗手段,观察组采用常规治疗联合心宝丸进行治疗.观察2组患者治疗前后心室重构指标、血管内皮功能、氧化应激指标水平变化及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,对照组丙二醇(PG)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、左心室收缩期末期内径(LVDs)、舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)指标明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢的(CTA)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、NO、VE/VA、LVEF指标明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PG、MMP-9、ET-1、LVDs、LVDd、LVEDV、LVESV指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);SOD、CTA、CGRP、NOVE/VA、LVEF明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 慢性心力衰竭患者采用心宝丸治疗后可抑制心室重构的发生,同时改善血管内皮功能与氧化应激状态.
Effect of Xinbao Pill on ventricular remodeling,vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress in patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To analyze and understand the effects of Xinbao Pill on ventricular remodeling,vascular endothelial function,and oxidative stress in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),thus providing relevant references for the patients.Methods Ninety-six CHF patients admitted to Shijiazhuang First Center from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled as the research subjects,they were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to conventional treatment(control group)or Xinbao Pills+conventional treatment(observation group).The inter-group ventricular remodeling indicators,vascular endothelial function,oxidative stress indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were assessed.Results After treatment,the levels of propylene glycol(PG),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),endothelin 1(ET-1),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDs),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)in control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CTA),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),NOVE/VA,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were significantly higher than before treatment(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in PG,MMP-9,ET-1,LVDs,LVDd,LVEDV,and LVESV,as well as SOD,CTA,CGRP,NOVE/VA,and LVEF between groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xinbao Pill can inhibit the occurrence of ventricular remodeling,improve the vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress status in CHF patients.
