Objective To analyze the influencing factors and action path of psychological adaption in children with nephrotic syndrome, thus providing a reference for individual intervention measures. Methods Children with nephrotic syndrome and their parents in Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August 2021 to April 2023 were enrolled using convenience sampling method, and they were investigated by General Information Questionnaire(GIQ),Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ),Child Vulnerability Scale(CVS),Family Resilience Assessment Scale(FRAS).A structural equation model was established to assess the action path of every variable. Results A total of 137 eligible children and their parents were enrolled in this study, their SDQ scores were(22.23±5.74)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the scores of CVS and FRAS were the influencing factors for the psychological adaption of children with nephrotic syndrome(P<0.05).Family resilience played a mediating effect between parents'perceived vulnerability and children'psychological adaption, the effect size was 0.80,accounting for 51.6%of the total effect. Conclusion Family resilience plays mediating effect between parents'perceived vulnerability and children'psychological adaption. The family resilience should be enhanced to alleviate the effect of parents'perceived vulnerability on children's psychological adaption by the nursing staff.
