Objective To explore the application of precise nursing under the integrated medical care model in the rehabilitation management of asthmatic children. Methods Totally 80 children with asthma who were discharged from our hospital were selected. The children(from January 2019 to December 2020)were set as the control group(out-hospital nursing),and children(from January 2021 to June 2023)were set as the experimental group(precise nursing under the integrated medical care model+out-hospital nursing). The clinical outcomes, pulmonary function, quality of life, nursing satisfaction were assessed. Results The recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group(6-month follow-up:15.00%vs 2.50%;12-month follow-up:27.50%vs 10.00%,P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention, the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)increased significantly in the both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention, the dimension scores of symptom, activity and emotional in the both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),which increased notably in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly lower in the control group than that of the experimental group(85.00%vs 100%,P<0.05).Conclusion The precise nursing under the integrated medical care model is an effective nursing plan in children with asthma, which is helpful to improve lung function and quality of life, reduce recurrence rates, and increase satisfaction.
