Effects of labetalol hydrochloride combined with low molecular weight heparin on vascular endothelial damage indexes and platelet parameters in preeclampsia patients
Objective To study the effects of labetalol hydrochloride(LH)combined with low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)on vascular endothelial damage indexes and platelet parameters in preeclampsia patients. Methods A total of 108 preeclampsia patients treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled and randomly assigned into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=54).All patients were managed by LH,and those in observation group were additionally treated with LMWH.The aim was to compare placental blood perfusion parameters, vascular endothelial function, platelet parameters, treatment safety. The curative effect was assessed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.74%[49/54]vs 74.07%[40/54],P<0.05).After treatment, the placental flow index(FI),vascular index(VI),vascularization flow index(VFI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of von Willebrand factor(vWF)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, but the levels of nitric oxide(NO)were significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment, the platelet aggregation index(PAG),granular membrane protein-140(GMP-140),and platelet activating factor(PAF)in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in both groups were comparable(12.96%[7/54]vs 9.26%[5/54],P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of LH with LMWH in preeclampsia patients has a significant therapeutic effect, which can increase placental blood flow perfusion, improve vascular endothelial function, inhibit platelet overactivation, and with a good therapeutic safety.
