Research progress in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans by tibial tubercle transfer
This paper summarized the development and innovation of tibial tubercle transfer(TTT)at home and abroad and the research progress of this technology in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO),so as to provide references for the future treatment of TAO by TTT.The development,application,efficacy,advantages and disadvantages of TTT in treating TAO were summarized by literature review.TTT has promoted the reconstruction of distal limb microcirculation by traction-induced mechanical stimulation and wound healing,alleviated ischemic symptoms,enhanced limb preservation rate,showing good clinical efficacy in recent years.TTT can significantly alleviate distal limb ischemic necrosis,but its complications,mechanism of action,and technical points are still controversial.At present,the clinical application cases are few and the application scope is insufficient,and its effectiveness,long-term curative effect and specific surgical standards need to be further studied.
