Effect of division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care on pulmonary function and asthma control in children with bronchial asthma
Objective To observe the effect of division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care on pulmonary function and asthma control in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Ninety-eight children with bronchial asthma treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled, and they were divided into the experimental group(n=49,routine nursing care mode)and the control group(n=49,division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care)by a random number table. The clinical indexes of the two groups after intervention were assessed. Results Parents'uncertainty score of children with bronchial asthma in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the rate of full compliance with treatment of children with bronchial asthma in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the indicators of pulmonary function assessment in the experimental group were better than those of the control group;the Childhood-Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)score and the asthma control rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The division collaboration model-based intensive nursing care for children with bronchial asthma is beneficial to reduce the uncertainty of parents of children, which can improve the compliance rate pulmonary function of the children, and with a good effect for asthma control.
