Influence of clinical management pathway on quality of life, knee function and rehabilitation compliance of patients underwent artificial knee replacement
Objective To explore the effect of clinical management pathway on the quality of life, knee function and rehabilitation compliance of patients underwent artificial knee replacement. Methods Totally 110 patients underwent artificial knee replacement from February 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=55,received routine intervention)and the study group(n=55,received clinical management pathway),The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the hospital for special surgery(HSS)scores in the both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and which were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the rehabilitation exercise compliance scores in the both groups were significantly higher than before intervention, and which were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Self-Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(SER)score in the both groups was significantly higher than that before intervention, and which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life scores in the both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, which were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.45%vs 23.64%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical management pathway in the intervention of patients underwent artificial knee replacement can effectively improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and self-efficacy of patients, contribute to the improvement of knee joint function and quality of life, and reduce postoperative complications.
