Objective To explore the application value of intervention schema health education combined with exercise management in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=60,routine nursing interventions)and the observation group(n=60,intervention schema health education+exercise management). The blood glucose index level, self care ability, pregnancy outcome, neonatal outcome, and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, the decreases in the observation group were more common relative to the control group(P<0.05).The score of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESC A)in the two groups after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention, while the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature delivery, fetal distress, polyhydramnios, and macrosomia in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of diet, rehabilitation exercise, treatment, blood glucose monitoring, and regular reexamination in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intervention schema health education combined with sports management in nursing for patients with gestational diabetes can improve the level of blood glucose indicators, pregnancy outcomes, neonatal outcomes, and improve their self-care ability and compliance. The intervention effect is significant.
