Objective To explore the effect of Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation on motor function and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were randomly assigned into the control group(n=50,routine rehabilitation intervention)and observation group(n=50,Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation)according to the random number table method. The motor function, pulmonary function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group had significantly higher forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of the 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36)in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bobath exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation in the intervention of patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve motor function and pulmonary function, and promote the improvement of quality of life.
