基于三维质量结构的一体化模式在消毒供应中心腔镜器械中的应用

目的 探讨基于三维质量结构的一体化模式在消毒供应腔镜器械中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析,以2022年1月至2023年8月作为研究阶段,根据腔镜器械处理方法进行分组,将2022年1月至2022年10月实施常规处理方法纳入对照组,将2022年11月至2023年8月实施基于三维质量结构的一体化模式处理方法纳入观察组.比较2组腔镜器械合格情况、腔镜器械管理不良事件发生情况、工作质量以及腔镜器械处理方法实施满意度情况.结果 观察组回收、清洗、消毒、包装及灭菌的合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腔镜器械管理不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作质量总分及各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腔镜器械处理方法实施的满意度更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 消毒供应中心腔镜器械处理采用基于三维质量结构的一体化模式的效果较好,可有效提高腔镜器械合格率和工作质量,降低腔镜器械管理不良事件发生率,工作人员满意度更高.
Objective To explore the application effect of an integrated model based on three-dimensional(3D)quality structure in endoscopic instruments of the disinfection supply center.Methods It was a retrospective analysis conducted between January 2022 and August 2023.According to endoscopy equipment treatment methods,endoscopic instruments with a conventional management from January 2022 to October 2022 were taken into the control group,and those managed by an integrated model based on 3D quality structure from November 2022 to August 2023 were collected into the observation group.The data were reviewed to compare the qualification of endoscopic instruments,occurrence of adverse events in endoscopic instrument management,quality of work and satisfaction of endoscopic instrument treatment between the two groups.Results Compared with those of the control group,the qualified rates of recycling,cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the management of endoscopic instruments in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score and the score of each dimension of work quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the management methods of endoscopic instruments in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion An integrated model based on 3D quality structure in endoscopic instruments of the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the qualification rate and work quality of endoscopic instruments,reduce the incidence of adverse events in the management of endoscopic instruments,and improve the satisfaction of staff.
