Objective To observe the effect of introducing multi-pathway perioperative hypothermia(PH)prevention in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy(LTH).Methods Eighty patients who underwent LTH in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomized 1:1 to conventional nursing(control group)or multi-pathway PH prevention plus conventional nursing(study group). The inter groups in terms of each observational index were compared after the intervention. Results The stress response indexes(norepinephrine[NE],cortisol[COR],noradrenaline[NA]),blood gas indexes(arterial oxygen tension[PaO2]and arterial carbon dioxide tension[PaCO2]),and inflammatory response indexes(C-reactive protein[CRP],tumor necrosis factor-alpha[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6])of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The temperature monitoring data at minutes 30,hour 1,and end of operation were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence rate of PH was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of multi-pathway PH prevention in patients with LTH has a high stress and inflammation control effect, which can stabilize the patient's blood gases and body temperature, and avoid the risk of PH.
