With the continuous improvement of anti-tumor therapies, the survival rate of malignant tumors has greatly increased, while the incidence of bone metastases has also increased.More than 50%of patients with bone metastases have not received a satisfactory pain relief.Pain induced by bone metastases is not only the leading source of pain in patients with advanced tumors, but also the most important reason for reduced quality of life as well as self-confidence in cancer survivors. Therefore, how to effectively control pain induced by tumor bone metastases is the focus of current research. In order to find more potential targets for treating the pain induced by bone metastases of malignant tumors,we reviewed and summarized the molecular mechanisms of pain induced by bone metastases in this paper.
