Objective To analyze the effect of the Situation,Background,Assessment, and Recommendation(SB AR)communication mode on the management of emergency patients with cardiac arrest(C A).Methods A total of 128 CA patients admitted to the emergency department from February 2021 to February 2023 were included. They were randomly assigned into Ⅰ group and K group, with 64 cases per group.Routine nursing intervention was performed in both groups, and the SBAR communication mode was additionally performed in K group. The success rate of resuscitation, blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),systolic blood pressure(SBP),Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score, total incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the success rate of resuscitation was significantly higher in K group than that of Ⅰ group(98.44%vs 89.06%,P<0.05).SaO2,SBP and GCS score at 0.5 h and 1 h of resuscitation were significantly higher in K group than those of Ⅰ group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of risk events between K group and Ⅰ group(1.56%vs 3.13%,P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in K group than that of Ⅰ group(96.87%vs 78.12%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode in the emergency management of CA can effectively enhance the success rate of resuscitation, reduce the degree of coma, improve the prognosis,nurse-patient relationship and the effect of emergency treatment management, which is worthy of reference.
