Impact of cybernetics-guided multi-dimensional staged nursing intervention on complications related to hemodialysis in patients with IgA nephropathy
Objective To explore the impact of cybernetics-guided multi-dimensional staged nursing intervention on complications related to hemodialysis in patients with immunoglobulin A(IgA)nephropathy(IgAN).Methods Eighty-six IgAN patients who underwent hemodialysis at Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from February 2020 to January 2023 were enrolled. The patients were randomly assigned to the control group(odd tail number,n=43)or the intervention group(even tail number,n=43)based on the the hospitalization number,in which they were given routine intervention and cybernetics-guided multi-dimensional staged nursing intervention, respectively.A 1-month intervention was performed to compare psychological state, quality of life, rate of complications, nursing satisfaction. Results After the intervention, significantly decreased Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores, and increased 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores were found in the both groups, which were significantly pronounced in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For IgAN patients underwent hemodialysis,cybernetics-guided multi-dimensional staged nursing intervention can effectively reduce complications related to hemodialysis, improve psychological state, and enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
