Effect of stage targeted intervention guided by health concepts on motor function and self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period
Objective To explore the effect of stage targeted interventions guided by health concepts on motor function and self-care ability in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)during recovery period. Methods This was a prospective randomized controlled study.Totally 102 patients with CI during the recovery period admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to May 2023 were enrolled and assigned into a control group(n=51)and an observation group(n=51)using a random number table method. The control group received stage targeted intervention, while the observation group received stage targeted intervention guided by health concepts.A 1-month nursing intervention was performed to compare Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)Scale, nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing, significantly lower SAS and SDS scores, and significantly higher FMA and ESCA scores were found in the observation group than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CI during recovery period, stage targeted intervention guided by health concepts can adjust the psychological state, improve motor function and self-care ability, and with higher nursing satisfaction.
