Application of structured multidimensional risk assessment in patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting
Objective To explore the application of structured multidimensional risk assessment in patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods Seventy-two patients undergoing elective CABG admitted from January 2021 to October 2023 were enrolled, and they were randomly assigned to receive either routine preoperative risk assessment(control group,n=37)or structured multidimensional risk assessment(study group,n=35).The aim was to compare heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),health belief score, adverse emotional score, adverse reactions. Results The study group presented significantly decreased HR and BP,lower adverse emotional score, higher health belief score, decreased incidence of complications than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Structured multidimensional risk assessment can stabilize BP and HR in patients undergoing elective CABG,reduce the incidence of negative emotions and complications, and improve health belief scores during elective operation, and it has a positive clinical application value.
