Application effect of medical care collaborative management model in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the effectiveness of medical care collaborative management model in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety-two patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were included as the subjects. They were randomly assigned in a 1∶1 ratio to conventional intervention(control group)or medical care collaborative management model(observation group). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment Scale(FMA)in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and which were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS)scores and anxiety and depression scores after intervention in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the decrease was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and quality of life scale(QOL)after intervention in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and which were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical care collaborative management mode in patients with acute cerebral infarction can alleviate negative emotions, improve psychological resilience,self-management ability, cognitive and motor functions, and further promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.
