Effect analysis of programmed pain management mode in patients with non-small cell lung cancer during chemotherapy
Objective To explore the application effect of programmed pain management mode in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 86 NSCLC patients with chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly assigned in 1∶1 ratio to either routine nursing interventions(control group)or programmed pain management model(observation group). The clinical psychiatric symptoms, psychological status, pain level, quality of life, chemotherapy compliance, and nursing satisfaction of patients between groups were included as comparators. Results After nursing, patients of the both groups presented significantly lower the scores of Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),visual analogue scale(VAS),and anxiety/depression(all P<0.05),which were more pronounced in the observation group relative to the control group(all P<0.05).The Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The chemotherapy compliance and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(95.35%vs 65.12%,97.67%vs 74.42%,both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of programmed pain management mode has a significant effect in NSCLC patients with chemotherapy.
