Application of detailed nursing combined with PDCA management mode in operating room nursing management
Objective To explore the application of detailed nursing combined with PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)management mode in operating room nursing management.Methods A total of 90 patients underwent surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were enrolled.According to a simple number table,they were randomized 1∶1 to routine nursing management(control group)or detailed nursing combined with PDCA management mode(observation group).The disinfection qualification rate,nursing quality,risk events rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of disinfection in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.22％vs 13.34％,P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.89％vs 62.23％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing combined with PDCA management mode can improve the nursing quality of patients in the operating room management,reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
