Effects of multi-dimensional intervention mode based on the Meleis's Transitions Theory on postoperative psychological state and hope level of patients with intertrochanteric fractures
Objective To analyze the effects of multi-dimensional intervention mode based on the Meleis's Transitions Theory on postoperative psychological state and hope level of patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A total of 102 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=51)for routine preoperative preparation and intervention, and experimental group(ne=51)for multidimensional intervention based on the Meleis's Transitions Theory. The psychological state, hope level, sleep condition, pain degree, discharge readiness and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results Compared with data before surgery, the scores of State Anxiety Scale(S-AI),Trait Anxiety Scale(T-AI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)significantly decreased in the two groups after surgery, which in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after surgery(P<0.05).The scores of hope level were significantly higher in the two groups after surgery, which in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after surgery(P<0.05).The scores of hospital discharge readiness at 1 and 3 days postoperatively in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group had lower dissatisfaction and higher total satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur treated with multi-dimensional intervention mode based on the Meleis's Transitions Theory have improved psychological state, sleep status, hope level and discharge readiness, and relieved pain.
