Objective To investigate the application of individualized intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH).Methods A total of 84 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups(42 cases/group)according to random number table method. The control group received routine intervention and the observation group received individualized intervention. The psychological toughness and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores in both groups after intervention significantly increased(P<0.05),and significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the Self Rated Abilities for Health Practices(SRAHP)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in endotoxin, hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)between groups(P>0.05),which,after intervention, were significantly lower than those before intervention in both groups(P<0.05),and significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the score of 36-Item Short-Form Survey(SF-36)in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized intervention in CVVH treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can improve the therapeutic effect, psychological toughness and quality of life.
