Effect of familial nursing on the anxiety,depression and disease cognition of patients with BI-RADS category 3 breast hyperplasia nodules examined by ultrasound
Objective To observe the effect of familial nursing on improving anxiety and depression of patients with the Breast Imaging Reporting and Database System(BI-RADS)category 3 breast hyperplasia examined by ultrasound and the influence on improving the level of disease cognition.Methods A total of 150 patients with BI-RADS category 3 breast hyperplasia nodules found by ultrasound who were treated in Shijiazhuang Fourth Hospital and Zhangjiakou Second Hospital in recent years were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.Routine care and familial nursing were given to patients of the control group and observation group,respectively.The negative psychological status,level of disease cognition and quality of life were compared.Results The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score([32.17±3.64]points vs[45.03±3.41]points)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score([30.09±3.27]points vs[44.96±3.05]points)after nursing were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disease cognition score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group([90.36±4.62]points vs[65.28±3.71]points,P<0.05).The 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group([82.56±4.32]points vs[63.18±4.91]points,P<0.05).Conclusion The familial nursing of patients with BI-RADS category 3 breast hyperplasia nodules examined by ultrasound relieves negative emotion,enhance the disease cognition and improve the quality of life.
