Ras效应因子1(RIN1)是一种RAS效应器,它通过自身的效应器(包括ABL酪氨酸蛋白激酶)传递RAS的激活信号,并协调下游信号转导,以调节多种细胞行为,如受体内吞、细胞黏附和细胞迁移.有研究表明RIN1在多种肿瘤中的发生发展、侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用.在这篇综述中,全面总结了 RIN1在肿瘤中的作用最新进展,并对相关途径的信号转导提供了机制上的见解.
Role of RAS and RAB interacting protein 1 in tumors
RAS and RAB interacting protein 1(RIN1)is a RAS effector that transmits RAS activation signals through its own effectors including tyrosine protein kinase ABL and coordinates downstream signal transduction to regulate behaviors for various cellular,such as receptor endocytosis,cell adhesion,and cell migration.Research has shown that RIN1 plays an important role in the occurrence,development,invasion,and metastasis of various tumors.In this review,the latest progresses regarding RIN1 role in tumors are comprehensively summarized,thus providing mechanistic insights into the signal transduction of related pathways.
