Application of global fine management in patients with replantation of severed finger
Objective To observe the application effect of global fine management in patients with replantation of severed finger.Methods Ninety cases underwent replantation of severed finger treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from February 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled,they were randomly divided into the control group(routine care model,n=45)and the experimental group(global fine management,n=45).The observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with those of the control group,the experimental group had significantly lower Chinese version of perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),higher comfort score,higher Total Active Motion(TAM)score,and lower incidence of complications(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of global fine management in patients with replantation of severed finger is beneficial to the reduction of psychological pressure,the maintenance of comfort,the control of complications,and the achievement of better hand function rehabilitation.
