仿生氟掺杂羟基磷灰石涂层的结构分析和成骨分化性能

为了探究镁合金表面仿生氟掺杂羟基磷灰石(FHA)涂层的成骨性能,应用微波液相法在AZ31B镁合金表面分别制备了仿生FHA涂层和羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层,使用XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM,光学轮廓仪分析了涂层的拓扑结构和化学组成,并以小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞为培养对象,应用CCK-8法和RT-PCR法测试了涂层的细胞活力和成骨分化性能.结果表明,FHA涂层由六棱柱型纳米针自下而上构建,形成一种可模仿骨吸收面的仿生微/纳拓扑结构;FHA涂层能够抑制镁合金的早期降解进而维持正常细胞活力,并增强成骨分化性能.
Structure Analysis and Osteogenic Differentiation Capacity of Biomimetic Fluoridated Hydroxyapatite Coating
Biomimetic FHA coating and hydroxyapatite coating were prepared on AZ31B magnesium alloys via a microwave aqueous route to study the osteogenic differentiation capacity of biomimetic fluoridated hydroxyap-atite(FHA)coating on magnesium alloy.Biomimetic FHA coating and hydroxyapatite coating were prepared on AZ31B magnesium alloys via a microwave aqueous route to study the osteogenic differentiation capacity of biomimetic fluoridated hydroxyapatite(FHA)coating on magnesium alloy.The results indicated that FHA coating was constructed by hexagonal prism-type nanoneedles in a bottom-up way,resulting in a kind of biomi-metic micro/nano-topography for mimicking bone absorption surface.FHA coating could inhibit magnesium al-loy early-stage degradationand enhance osteogenic differentiation capacity.
