47份野生大豆草甘膦耐性的培养皿鉴定

为确定野生大豆耐草甘膦特性,采用培养皿鉴定法对采集于燕山山脉47份野生大豆材料的芽期耐草甘膦能力进行了鉴定.通过对野生大豆材料芽期发芽势、发芽率、胚轴长、胚根长等指标的测定,结合相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数综合评价等方法计算得出野生大豆草甘膦耐性的综合得分.结果表明,8个性状指标转化为2个主成分,累计贡献率达90.43%.将其耐性等级分为4级,其中,野生大豆材料2011编8的草甘膦耐性综合得分最高,2011编42的草甘膦耐性综合得分最低.培养皿鉴定法是一种快速、准确的野生大豆耐草甘膦性状评价方法,可用于野生大豆草甘膦耐性材料的筛选.
Identification of Glyphosate Tolerance of 47 Wild Soybeans Materials in Petri Dishes
In order to determine the glyphosate tolerance of wild soybean,the glyphosate tolerance of 47 wild soybean materials collected near Yanshan Mountain was identified by petri dish identification method.By measuring the germination potential,germination rate,cotyl length and radicle length of wild soybean materi-als,and combining correlation analysis,principal component analysis and membership function evaluation,the comprehensive score of wild soybean glyphosate tolerance was calculated.The results showed that the 8 traits were transformed into 2 principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate was 90.43%.The tolerance level was divided into 4 levels.Glyphosate tolerance of wild soybean materials 2011-8 was the high-est and glyphosate tolerance of wild soybean materials 2011-42 was the lowest.The results showed that petri dish identification method was a fast and accurate method to evaluate glyphosate tolerance of wild soybean,and could be used for screening wild soybean glyphosate tolerance materials.
