Optimization of Extraction Process of Flavonoids from Asparagus Powder with Box-Behnken Design-response Surface Method
The eutectic solvent method was used to extract flavonoids from asparagus powder, and the extrac-tion process was optimized by the Box-Behnken design-response surface method. The results showed that the selection of hydrogen bond donor and acceptor and the ratio of hydrogen bond donor and acceptor of low eutec-tic solvent had a significant impact on the extraction of flavonoids, and the extraction efficiency of flavonoids was the best when urea was selected as hydrogen bond donor, choline chloride as acceptor, and the ratio of donor to acceptor was 1∶2.The optimal conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from asparagus powder were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶2,extraction time of 2 h,and extraction temperature of 50 ℃.Under the conditions of this process, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 25.99%,and the predicted value of the response surface model was 21.63%.
