摘要

从糖皮质激素-皮质醇的构成与作用切入,深入探讨了运动与内分泌系统中皮质醇激素和认知功能之间的影响关系,并对运动改善认知功能的研究前景进行展望,论述并分析了皮质醇激素在运动调控认知功能中的重要作用.

Abstract

The influence of exercise modulating cortisol hormone in the endocrine system on cognitive function was studied from the perspective of composition and function of glucocorticoid cortisol.The effect of exercise on cognitive function and the role of cortisol in exercise-regulated cognitive function were analyzed.
