国医大师卢芳运用地骨皮汤治疗成人斯蒂尔病的经验

摘要
国医大师卢芳教授在临床中发现阴虚内热为成人斯蒂尔病(adult onset Still's disease,AOSD)最常见的证型,AOSD后期或恢复期,以及长期服用糖皮质激素都容易导致阴虚内热的证型.夜间阳入于阴,阴不制阳,故导致患者常常夜间发热,且热势不高.在治疗上卢教授认为应滋阴退热、凉血除蒸,故而选用地骨皮汤治疗,并结合病情加减用药.卢教授认为,地骨皮汤治疗成人斯蒂尔病疗效确切,其经验值得临床学习推广.
Abstract
Professor Lu Fang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,discovers in clinical practice that yin deficiency and in-ternal heat is the most common syndrome of adult onset Still's disease(AOSD).In the later or recovery period of AOSD,as well as long-term use of glucocorticoids,it is easy to lead to the syndrome of yin deficiency and internal heat.At night,yang enters yin and yin does not control yang,resulting in patients often having a fever at night with a low heat intensity.In treatment,Professor Lu be-lieves that nourishing yin and reducing fever,cooling blood and removing steam should be prescribed,so he chooses to Di Gu Pi Tang(Chinese wolfberry root-bark decoction)for treatment,and modified it according to the patient's condition.Professor Lu Fang holds that Di Gu Pi Tang has a significant effect on treating AOSD,and his experience is worth learning and promoting in clinical practice.
