Distribution Characteristics of Selenium and Related Elements of Upland Rice in Xinfeng County,Jiangxi Province
In order to find green and selenium-rich agricultural products, quality assessment was carried out by testing and analyzing selenium and related elements in samples of surface soil, upland rice, root soil and samples from vetical profile of soil in the camellia interplanting upland base in Xinfeng county,Jiangxi province.Selenium morphology simulation was carried out by using the environmental water chemistry software Visual MINTEQ 3.1.The results show that the surface soil in this area is strongly acidic, the average selenium content grade is moder-ate,and the soil environmental geochemistry grade is clean. The upland rice root system soil is strong acid, the average selenium content grade is selenium-rich,and the soil environmental geochemistry grade is clean. The ver-tical profile of the soil shows that Cd,Hg,Cr,and soil organic matter(SOM)have an obvious enrichment trend on the surface, and the content of Se is positively correlated with the Cd,As,Hg,Cr,and SOM content, but is negative with the content of Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb and pH,which indicate that the upland rice is at risk of heavy metal pollution. The selenium form in the soil of this area is mainly HSeO3-and SeO42-,of which HSeO3-is less bio-logically effective than SeO42-,but has a good antagonistic effect on heavy metals, therefore, the quality of crops can be improved by spraying SeO42-and HSeO3-solutions.The upland rice grown in this area is green and sele-nium-rich,and shows good enrichment ability for Hg and Cd,which can be used as a preferred plant for remedia-tion of Hg and Cd contaminated soil.
