内蒙古芒来铀矿石酸法柱浸试验

为获得溶浸液在不同硫酸质量浓度条件下的铀浸出特征及试验参数,探究内蒙古芒来铀矿床矿石酸法浸出的可行性,开展了不同硫酸质量浓度(5、10、15、20g/L)的溶浸液下室内柱浸浸铀试验.试验结果表明,随着溶浸液硫酸质量浓度的增高,浸出液铀质量浓度及铀浸出率随之增高,浸出周期缩短,故酸法工艺适合该矿床铀浸出.试验后期浸出液流量降低与长石类矿物的黏土化蚀变有关.针对铀平均品位为8.8×10-5的矿石,铀浸出率为49.80%~54.35%,从浸出率、防堵塞及浸铀成本等方面综合分析,认为质量浓度为10 g/L的硫酸溶浸液较适合该铀矿酸法地浸开采.
Acid Column Leaching Test of Manglai Uranium Ore in Inner Mongolia
In order to explore the feasibility of acid leaching of ore from Manglai uranium deposit in Inner Mongo-lia,and obtain the characteristics and test parameters of uranium leaching under different sulfuric acid mass con-centrations(5,10,15 and 20 g/L),indoor column leaching tests of uranium were carried out.The test results show that the mass concentration of uranium and the leaching rate of uranium in leaching solution increase with the increase of sulfuric acid concentration,and the leaching period is shortened.The decrease of leaching fluid flow at the late stage of the experiment was related to clayification alteration of feldspar minerals.For the ore with an av-erage uranium grade of 8.8 × 10-5,the uranium leaching rate is 49.80%~54.35%.It is considered that the mass concentration leaching solution of 10 g/L H2SO4 is suitable for the uranium acid leaching mining from the as-pects of leaching rate,blockage prevention and uranium leaching cost.
