Research on Geochemical Characteristics of 1∶50 000 Stream Sediment in Hukeng-Fenyi Area,Jiangxi
The Hukeng-Fenyi area is part of the Wugongshan mining aggregation area in Jiangxi, which is an im-portant rare metal mineralisation area in South China. In order to achieve a new round of breakthroughs in pros-pecting,based on the results of 1∶50 000 stream sediment geochemical survey, the geochemical characteristics of elements were analyzed. The anomalies were delineated and compared by several methods, such as element origi-nal data anomaly, contrast value anomaly and ratio anomaly. The contrast value anomaly method has a good indic-ative significance for rare metal prospecting.Through the analysis of geochemical anomalies, the metallogenic ele-ments Ta,Nb,Li,Rb,Cs and Be of rare metals are closely related to the W and Sn,and the local anomalies of W and Sn are stronger and larger, while the anomalies of Ta,Nb and other rare metal elements are weak, which may exist the vertical zoning phenomenon of"upper tungsten tin and lower rare metals".It suggest to carry out the work of"finding rare metals by following tungsten".
